4 medium habaneros
8 large cloves of garlic

----Base of the spicy----
Take the habaneros and peeled garlic cloves and roast them in a hot pan or over a flame.
Only remove the stems of the habaneros do not removed seeds or peel after roasting.
Combine the roasted garlic and roasted habaneros along with the juice from the lime into a food processor and puree to a smooth texture. Remove from food processor and set aside.
----Base of Sweet Salsa----
Take the remaining ingredients and combine them into a large food processor and pulse on a low speed until mixture is a semi-smooth/semi rough texture. This may require dividing the remaining ingredients into batches to accommodate the size of the food processor.
