Best Ever! Salsa

Quick and easy - goes together in minutes.

Salsa:

1 (10 ounce) can Rotel Mexican Festival diced tomatoes with lime juice and cilantro*
1 (14 ounce) can Hunt's petite diced tomatoes (don't use any other brand - it will not taste the same)
5 or 6 green onions, cut into 1-inch pieces
3 large garlic cloves
1 handful cilantro, more if you really like cilantro
Dash kosher salt or to taste
Jalapeno chile, cut in half, or to taste (remove seeds if you like it less spicy)

*Variation: Use Rotel 'Hot' Diced Tomatoes with Habernaro and a squeeze of lime

Pulse all ingredients in food processor until thoroughly combined. Adjust to taste.
