Fresh Salsa



Tomatillos, fresh jalapenos, yellow wax peppers (Mexican peppers) give it a unique fresh flavor.

Salsa:


(3) Tomatillos
(3) Roma Tomatoes
(2) Raw Whole Jalapeno Peppers
(2) Raw Whole Yellow Wax Peppers (Mexican Peppers)
1/2 Medium Onion
1/4 Cup Fresh Cilantro
1 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Garlic Salt
1 (14.5) Ounce Can Stewed Tomatoes

Boil the tomatillos for five minutes. Drain. Remove paper like husk.
Place tomatillos, tomatoes, whole jalapenos, whole yellow wax peppers, onion, cilantro, salt and garlic salt in food processor. Blend. Add canned tomatoes and blend again.
