Susan's Salsa



Fresh Salsa Recipe that you can adjust the heat to suit your taste buds. This recipe won 1st place in a salsa competition in Flagstaff in 2011.

Salsa:


8 Roma Tomatoes diced
1/2 sweet onion cut fine
1/2 bunch of cilantro cut fine
4 oz tomato sauce
3 oz Tomato Rica Sauce
1/2 diced yellow bell pepper
1/2 diced orange bell pepper
2 jalapeno peppers seeded & chopped
1 serrano pepper seeded & chopped
4 habanero peppers seeded & chopped
2 cloves fresh minced garlic
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp white pepper
1/4 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp cumin
dash of Bufalo Salsa Jalapeno Rojo sauce (found at Guadalupe Farmer's Market)
dash of Arizona Habanero Spice (found at Guadalupe Farmer's Market)
juice of 1 lime
optional - add 1 diced avocado right before serving

This salsa is better if left in refrigerator overnight and served the next day.
