you can make it mild or FIRE it up

Salsa:


4 roma tomato's, 1large tomato, 3 jalapeno's, 1 medium onion, 1 habanero pepper, (optional for heat),juice of 1 lime, juice of half lemon,1 tblspn minced garlic, 1/2 tblspn horseradish, 5 to 10 sprigs of cilantro to taste, and salt and pepper to taste. FINELY chop all goodies and mix together in bowl. Let stand at least three hours in fridge or the longer the better, over night if possible. ENJOY
