Maryann's Simple Salsa



The use of fresh anaheim green chiles.

Salsa:


1 Large can Hunt's Whole Tomatoes (omit juice)
3 Anaheim Roasted Chiles
Handful of Fresh Cilantro
2 Teaspoons of Chili Flakes
1/4 Teaspoon of garlic powder or to taste
A Large Pinch of Fresh Cracked Pepper (Fine)
A Pinch of Mexican Oregano
1 to 2 Teaspoons of Salt
One Quarter of a Sweet Onion
I blend chili flakes, cilanto, peeled and seeded green chile, garlic, salt, oregano and onion in food processor until it is chopped medium. Add the whole tomatoes and blend until chopped to a medium consistency. Eat immediately or refrigerate it to keep fresh.
