Ron's Burn Baby Burn



It's hot and it has a great after taste

Salsa:


(8)DICED ROMA TOMATOES
(1)MED SWEET ONION FINE CUT
(1)RED ONION - DICED
(1)BUNCH CILANTRO FINE CUT
(8-10)DICED JALAPENO PEPPERS
(8–10)SERRANO DICED PEPPERS
(1 ea)YELLOW, RED, ORANGE AND GREEN BELL PEPPERS – DICED
JUICE OF 1 - 3 LIMES (TO YOUR TASTE)

SAUCE:

(2) 8oz CAN OF SPICY TOMATO SAUCE WITH DICED CHILIES
(8-12)Oz OF WATER DEPENDING ON THE AMOUNT OF CHOPPED VEGIES
(2)CLOVES GARLIC GROUND
(½)Tbsp SALT (or more depending on your taste, I used ½
(1)tsp CUMIN
(½)tsp SERANO GROUND
(1-2)Tbsp VINEGAR

INSTRUCTIONS:

USE A LARGE BOWL TO MIX ALL Tomatoes, onions, cilantro, peppers and limes

MIX AND PLACE TO ONE SIDE UNTIL NEXT STEPS ARE COMPLETED.

ADD INGREDIENTS FOR THE SAUCE TOGETHER, tomato sauce, water, cloves, salt, cumin, serano and vinegar AND HEAT UNDER A LOW FLAME.

LET IT COOL DOWN
THEN POUR THE SAUCE OVER THE MIXED VEGIES IN THE BOWL.

MIX WELL

PLACE IN FRIGE OVERNIGHT TO GET THE FLAVORS TO MIX TOGETHER.
