Puerto Penasco Salsa



This salsa is unique because of the simple fresh ingredients that make it the perfect acompaniment to chips or to top your favorite Mexican dish.

Salsa:


Puerto Penasco Salsa

1 ½ cups diced fresh tomatoes
½ cup chopped green onions
¼ cup chopped cilantro
4 serano chilies, include seeds to add heat to the salsa
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
1 clove garlic
Put all items in a blender and chop for 30-60 seconds. Pour into jar and refrigerate.
