Fuego caliente



It has the desired heat, without sacrificing flavor.

Salsa:


2 medium tomatoes, diced
1/2 can tomato paste, 3oz
1 white onion, finely chopped
1 fresh jalapeño pepper,  chopped seeds in
1 fresh habenero pepper, chopped seeds in
2 fresh serrano peppers, chopped seeded
5 sprigs fresh cilantro, finely chopped
1 green onion, finely chopped
1 lime, juiced
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/8 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/8 teaspoon pepper
